A drama workshop for P2/3 classes all about the weather featuring songs, dance and games lead by Thor, the intrepid, round the world traveller

Rain, wind and storms

All the words of the songs are in the teachers' notes so that all the children can learn the songs before the Live Wire visit.

Sunshine

This 50-minute drama workshop is run in a spacious hall, school gym or dining room where everybody has the space to run around.

Thunderstruck!

Bertie stood under a tree in a thunderstorm and was struck by lightening. How did it happen? Why was Bertie in the park?

In this 40 minute humorous, interactive drama, the expert witnesses are called to give evidence and the jury of P5 - 7 classes build a thunderstorm so that the Procurator Fiscal can gather the evidence!

Air pressure, cloud patterns, the water cycle and the science of an electrical storm.

Suitable for Individual classes or whole year groups
