Kids shine on stage
Youngsters at a Kirkcaldy primary school got the chance to perform on stage this week.
Kids at Valley Primary joined professional actors for a special performance of ‘Hooked On!' to an audience of peers, parents and professionals, to promote a new drugs education musical resource.
The innovative rock musical has been developed by Aberdeen based Live Wire Productions and aims to give young people an opportunity to experience drug-related issues through interactive drama and music.
Vanessa Chew, Live Wire Productions' Managing Director, said: “The children and their teachers have worked extremely hard on the material. It was wonderful to see them singing and dancing on stage, delivering an important message to the audience while having fun.”
